I NEED TO UPGRADE MY MAUSER AIRSOFT SNIPER?

i want it to go as fast as posible i saw a video of a guy shooting it 500 fps with .43g bbs and 700 fps with .20 g bbs. what are every single part i need? and where do i get it? i dont want it to cost over a $100!!!
