Please Help: I'm completely exhausted and don't know what to do now?

I know how you feel. I tried to post a question before asking how many times the average person had to wipe themselves after going number 2 (just curious, doesn't seem like a horrible question) and I never did get it to show up. Apparently defecation is too racy.
