What is the smallest size one can find in a vessel that can safely traverse the Pacific Ocean?

I'm looking for an ocean worthy powered yacht that could safely leave the coastal waters and cross the vast ocean on voyages such as the west coast to the Philippines via Hawaii, Midway and/or Guam if necessary. A small to mid-size capable of making those distances would be best. I'm not interested in large yachts with crew requirements.
