Is this concidered gong against a patients bill of roghts?

i had a doctors appointment today,he took blood and checked my blood pressure,then he ordered me to see a few other doctors for tests,im going away on vacation soon so what does this doctor do? he starts calling my family members and he was trying to bulldoze them into getting me to see these other doctorsother doctors! first of all,we have no car,second of all i would have to grab a cab to go to these doctors! is this ethical,and isnt he going against the patients bill of rights? i think tis doctor has nerve to do what he did,and in front of me!!
