IDF more polite than PA Police?

On Friday a Palestinian woman, the mother of a top Hamas terrorist (Yihye Ayyash, nicknamed The Engineer, who is responsible for the deaths of over 100 Israelis), whose house was raided in the West Bank by 30 Palestinian Authority Police officers said, "They behaved in a shameful matter. When the Jews come, they ask for permission and cry out before they enter a house. They raided the house and started searching for weapons, they left behind a lot of damage. Even a copy of the Koran was not spared." In response, Hamas called on its supporters in the West Bank to kill the policemen and their officers because of their role in the killings and for being "collaborators" with Israel and the US. How do anti-Israel supporters think that none of the Palestinians' situation is a result of their own actions? How can they ask for a state when they can't even govern themselves?
