Please Help me Figure Out How To...?

Ok it's like this, I started coughing kinda roughly about a week ago, but when I got home on Friday the pressure in my sinuses started building. So that night i used some nasal spray and in the morning the pressure and hurt were gone, but the drainage went to the side of my sinuses that i was sleeping on.And now i can't breathe through the left side of my nose.Does anyone know how i can fix this probblem?
