Student loan help?

i ahve currently consolidated my student loans of 20,000$ and now with interest will be around 30,000$. I am currently paying it off on a 20 year 120$ system. Is it possible, if lets say i have the 20,000$, i can just pay it off in one lump sum?, so i dont have to pay the interest. will i be hit with any fees doing that?
